Travelling to the Melbourne Node at the STRIP, Monash University
By car:
The trip will take about 30 minutes from the city centre along the
Monash Freeway. From Melbourne airport the trip takes 45 minutes.
By public transport:
To get to Clayton campus by public transport, take any of the
Dandenong, Pakenham or Cranbourne line trains to Huntingdale station
then catch the number 630 or 900 bus to the campus. Buses leave the
station for Clayton campus every 15-20 minutes. Alternatively, take the
Glen Waverley line train to the Syndal train station and then catch the
number 703 or 737 bus along Blackburn Road.

Travelling to the Queensland Node at the University of Queensland, St Lucia campus
By car:
From Brisbane airport, the trip will take approximately 35 mins. The
main entrance to the University is along Sir Fred Schonell Drive. From
Brisbane's Central Business District, Sir Fred Schonell Drive is most
easily accessed via Coronation Drive.
By public transport:
The CityCat ferry is an enjoyable means of getting to the St Lucia
campus. The UQ City Cat terminus is the last upriver stop for the City
Cat –approximate travelling time from the City (North Quay stop) is 30
mins.
There are two bus stations located at the University of Queensland -
Chancellor's Place bus station and UQ Lakes bus station. From
Brisbane's Central Business District, (George St) the Brisbane City
Council bus routes which run directly to the University of Queensland
are the 412 (Express from City to Chancellor's place station), the 411
(City to Chancellor's place station) and the 109 (City to UQ Lakes
station). The 109 is a very efficient service, scheduled to run every
10 mins – travelling time to the University from the City via Southbank
is 10mins.

Parking permits are required and can be arranged by the ASCC prior to

There are also two multi-level (pay parking) car parks on Sir Fred
Schonell Drive within the University of Queensland campus.
